Peer advising is a crucial part of HKU’s university-wide academic advising system. They provide invaluable support to junior students by sharing their study experiences. To ensure that they are well-equipped with essential advising skills and knowledge, a series of Faculty-based training workshops were conducted.
We are delighted to have the support from the Faculty Academic Advising and First Year Experience (AA&FYE) Coordinators, and the Counselling and Person Enrichment Section of CEDARS in facilitating these interactive training sessions. We look forward to seeing the advising culture flourish with these enthusiastic student advisers.
