Upon the release of semester grades, AASO will alert Faculties of their students under either one of these conditions,
- Semester GPA are below 1.5
- Semester GPA are 1.5 – 2.5 with a sudden drop of 0.7 points from the last semester
The SIS Advising System will also automatically mark students who failed a course with an alert sign. Aside from these mechanisms, your Faculty may have additional measures to help you identify under-performing advisees who need your immediate academic advice and support.
